The yearly production capacity is about 8 million pieces, including various mechanical and electronic thermostats, valves, thermal actuators, HVAC valve actuators, capillary thermostats, radiator valve heads, cylinder pipe thermostats, flow switches, flow meters, underfloor heating manifolds, snap switches, temperature sensors, etc.
We have 15 injection molding machines, 10 continuous die stamping machines, 4 PCB placement machines, 8 copper pipe cutting machines, various testing instruments, gauges, water baths, high and low-temperature alternators, etc.
Main production procedures: Injection molding, Brand & markings printing, Stamping, Welding, Processing, Assembly, Testing, Packing, and Shipping.
