MFA series underfloor heating (UFH) manifold is a vital component of any underfloor heating system, allowing you to maintain temperature and water flow.
It is advised that in the depths of winter, an underfloor heating system should be kept on at all times. Althought it should be at different temperatures depending on usage and activity in the house. This is because underfloor heating can take two to three hours to warm up, so it is better to not completely turn it off.
How does underfloor heating systems work?
Underfloor heating and cooling is a form of central heating and cooling that achieves indoor climate control for thermal comfort using dydronic or electrical heating elements embedded in a floor. Heating is achieved by conduction, radiation and convection.
